Meet the owner

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I was born and raised in the Sudbury area, and I have always had a love for animals. People in the community kept telling me Sudbury was lacking this kind of service, so I decided to follow my dreams of working with pets and serving the place I call home.

Every visit is awake, calm, and above the gum line. Hand instruments only, paced for the dog, in your own home.

Common questions

Honest answers, no fine print.

The questions we hear most. If yours is not here, call us at (705) 688-4933.

  • Is this a veterinary cleaning?

No. We are not veterinarians and this is not a veterinary cleaning. It is a cosmetic cleaning above the gum line only, performed awake with hand instruments. For deeper dental work, your veterinarian is the right call.

  • What does a cosmetic cleaning include?

A full hand-instrument cleaning of the visible tooth surfaces, removal of plaque and tartar above the gum line, a maintenance review for home care, and time for any questions you have.

  • Where do appointments happen?

In your home, in Sudbury, Ontario. Familiar smells and no clinic noise help most dogs stay relaxed throughout.

  • How long does a visit take?

About one hour from start to finish, including a calm hello, the cleaning itself, and the home care walk-through.

  • What does it cost?

A standard first-time visit is $225. A puppy visit (for dogs under 1 year) is $159 plus HST. Both require a $60 non-refundable deposit at booking.

  • Why is the deposit non-refundable?

In-home appointments take a dedicated time slot. The deposit secures the date and offsets travel and prep if a visit is cancelled.

  • Do I need to do anything before the first visit?

Yes. Each new client completes a quick intake form and signs a waiver so we know your dog and you know what to expect.

  • Is my dog sedated for the cleaning?

No. Cleanings are awake and calm. We use slow pacing and relaxation techniques. If a dog is too anxious for an awake cleaning, we will recommend a vet visit instead.

  • How often should we book?

Most dogs do well with a maintenance visit once or twice a year. We will suggest a cadence based on what we see at the first visit.

  • How do I book?

Call (705) 688-4933 or send a request through the form on this page. We reply within one business day.
