When you book a visit through this website or by phone we collect your name, phone number, and email address. We also collect basic information about your dog, such as name, age, breed if you choose to share it, and any health or behaviour notes you mention so we can provide a calm, safe visit.
The waiver and intake form
Each new client completes a short intake form and signs a waiver before the first appointment. This is paper or digital paperwork that stays with the records of your account and is used solely for the in-home appointment. It is not shared with third parties.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to confirm appointments, give directions, send a reminder before the visit, and follow up afterward. We use the dog details to plan a comfortable visit and to flag anything that suggests a veterinary cleaning would be a better fit.
Payment and deposit information
A non-refundable deposit secures the booking. Payment details are handled at the time of the transaction and are not stored on this website. We do not collect or retain credit card numbers on our systems.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set basic cookies and use lightweight analytics to count visits and improve the experience. These tools report traffic patterns in aggregate and do not identify individual visitors. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with marketers. If a situation arises where a veterinarian or other care provider needs context about a dog we have seen, we will only share details with your explicit consent.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period after your last visit so we can respond to questions or repeat bookings. You can request removal of your records at any time.
